Shipping Policy

We are currently only able to ship to addresses within Canada.

Rival Cards reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.

Flat Rate Shipping

All orders requiring shipping will be charged a flat rate fee of $15.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow between 1-3 business days for fulfillment of orders. Delivery times are dependant on the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays.

For Canadian customers, we ship to all provinces and territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Rival Cards is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other external factors.

Product Condition & Damaged Items

Rival Cards carefully packages all shipments to ensure products arrive in their original condition. 

If your package is damaged upon arrival, immediately contact the parcel service as they are responsible for transit-related damages.

If the contents inside the package are damaged, notify store@rivalcards.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and order details. Rival Cards will assist with an appropriate resolution.

Minor scuffs, tears, or shrink-wrap separation that do not impact product integrity do not qualify for compensation.

Order Adjustments & Address Changes 

Orders are processed quickly, and modifications may not be possible once fulfillment begins. 

If you need to adjust an order, contact store@rivalcards.com immediately. 

Address updates must be handled by our team. Updating your account details will not change order details for already placed orders. 

In-Store Pickups

Orders selected for in-store pickup will be held for one (1) week after fulfillment, unless stated otherwise. 

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.  

Oversized & Custom Orders

Certain large or custom orders may require additional shipping fees, which will be communicated before shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Rival Cards does not accept any returns or offer refunds.

Liability

Rival Cards is not responsible for customers entering incorrect or incomplete address information. Should an order not be properly delivered due to an address error, Rival Cards assumes no responsibility for the loss incurred.

Rival Cards is not liable for stolen, misplaced, or lost in transit orders that have been marked as delivered. This must be handled directly with the mail carrier.

If an order is shipped to a third part company or freight forwarder, Rival Cards assumes no responsibility for any damages or loss that may arise from their services.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside of Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.

At our discretion we may include a For Pickup or Signature Upon Delivery option for higher valued orders or orders we deem high risk. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.
