Terms of Service

By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services. By using our Services, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

All purchases of physical products are subject to our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy. Fees for services (e.g., grading or customization) are non-refundable. All purchases are ineligible for return or exchange. Some items may be eligible for a refund upon the discretion of Rival Cards Inc., if they arrive in a state of damage that affects the integrity of the item, and the steps on the Shipping Policy page [Product Condition & Damaged Item] are followed.

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after a purchase is completed. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including expiration dates and usage limits. Misuse of promo codes, including fraudulent activity, may result in order cancellation or account restrictions. Rival Cards reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activities prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated activities. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Rival Cards Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rival Cards Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:  

• Your use of physical products, including damage or defects;  
• Your use of services, including delays, errors, or dissatisfaction with service outcomes.

These Terms of Service, and any disputes or claims arising from or related to them, including their formation or validity, or your use of our Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. 

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rival Cards. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
